Happy Sunday! I just got to my hotel in Denver, it has been yet another exhausting long day of traveling. Today we flew from Austin to Phoenix to Denver, a couple of turbulent flights and delays further and now I’m finally comfortable in the hotel and connected to the wifi again!
More importantly I’m happy I finally had some time to edit these images and to share them with you today. To be honest, I get a little self conscience when posting pictures of myself wearing little to nothing. Being real, I know I’m quite slender but I’m not fit or in any sort of shape at all. I can’t remember the last time I’ve worked out and the last time I went a day without eating candy and lots of junk food. Sure, I’d love to be one of those ultra healthy fit girls and eat vegan, gluten free, non diary, but the reality is that I’m at an airport multiple times a week and after some hours of traveling, trust me, I’ll eat anything. Also, I don’t want to be that travel companion that always has some diet needs, which is just not handy when you travel with guys all the time. So that’s that, for those of you who asked, my work out – food story. I know it’s definitely not inspiring but it’s who I am. Don’t get me wrong though, I have respect times 10000 for all healthy girls out there, I’m just not one of them. I might be one some day, but for now, I’m going to order some pasta ;-).
One thing I do consider very healthy of myself is that I always, always use sun protection. I make sure I never get sunburned and always use a minimum of SPF 30 when I go into the sun. In today’s post I shot my La Mer SPF products which are my ALL TIME favorites. I’ve also put them in the shop widget down here for you guys. Usually when I use sunscreen on my face I get bad skin but with these products everything stays smooth and protected. Nothing sponsored here, just a summer essential. I’ll be back later guys, hugs!
